Services

Collaborate With Christina provides professional counseling, therapy, and coaching services. Our services are provided by licensed professionals including Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), and National Certified Counselors (NCC).

Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled through our client portal or by contacting our office directly.
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
We reserve the right to terminate services for repeated no-shows or late cancellations.

Fees and Payment

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made.
We accept various forms of payment including credit cards and HSA/FSA cards.
Insurance coverage varies; please verify your benefits before your appointment.
Breakthrough Intensive packages require full payment or deposit as specified at booking.

Confidentiality

All information shared during counseling sessions is confidential and protected by law. Exceptions to confidentiality include situations involving imminent danger to yourself or others, suspected abuse of children or vulnerable adults, or when required by court order. Limitations of Services

Please understand that:

Our services are not a substitute for emergency medical care.
If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
Results from counseling and coaching vary by individual and are not guaranteed.
Coaching services are not therapy and do not involve diagnosis or treatment of mental health conditions.
